In a celebration of iconic records that have shaped music, Apple Music has released their list of the 100 best albums of all time. Curated by both Apple Music experts and notable artists like Maren Morris, Pharrell Williams, and J Balvin, the list aims to pay homage to the most influential releases across all genres.

In addition to artists, songwriters, producers, and music industry figures also lent their expertise to the selection process. Apple Music was careful to note that streaming statistics did not impact the ranking—instead, the focus was on celebrating albums that have truly moved music and culture forward.

Over the next ten days, Apple Music will do a countdown reveal of the 100 best albums, announcing ten albums per day along with exclusive commentary and content. A dedicated website and Apple Music radio shows will also help showcase each album.
