Ariana Grande is celebrating a major milestone for one of her early albums. It has been 10 years since the release of Grande’s debut studio record, “Yours Truly”. To commemorate the anniversary, Grande is putting out a deluxe edition of the album for fans.
Grande broke the news on social media last week. Despite currently taking a break from filming duties for the upcoming Wicked movie, she still wanted to mark the occasion. The deluxe version of “Yours Truly” will include some newly recorded live performances from London. Grande said recording these live tracks was a healing experience for her.
The digital release of the deluxe “Yours Truly” is set for August 25th. Vinyl copies will also be available for preorder. Grande promised fans a week-long celebration following the drop. This will include multiple live performance streams, two question-and-answer sessions, new merchandise, and behind-the-scenes footage.
“Yours Truly” was Grande’s breakthrough album, propelling her further into the mainstream after debuting at number one on the Billboard charts. It featured early collaborations with the late Mac Miller and rapper Big Sean. Ten years later, Grande is looking forward to sharing her debut era with fans once more in this special deluxe edition.
