It’s that time of year again – the iconic Cannes Lions Festival is back, and Spotify is ready to take their signature beach party to the next level. For their 10th year attending the famous festival, the music streaming giant is bringing the immersive Spotify experience to the sands with a lineup that is sure to have everyone dancing from sunrise to sunset.
From June 17th-20th, Spotify Beach will host a non-stop celebration featuring performances, DJ sets, conversations with major artists, and interactive activations that put a spotlight on music, creators, and culture. Headlining the stage will be legendary singer John Legend, Grammy nominee Janelle Monáe, rising pop duo Tyla & Shaboozey, and indie rock icons Arcade Fire. Legend will also perform an exclusive opening night set at a secret location.

The beach bash will surely be “the place to be” according to Joe Hadley, Global Head of Artist Partnerships. “We’ve always taken pride in our Spotify Beach stage. It’s a place where superstars and rising talents are celebrated, a real-life representation of Spotify’s commitment to growing careers at every level.”
In addition to non-stop performances, Spotify Beach will feature fun interactive lounges like a “Jam Bike” to contribute to daily playlists, a “Song Psychic”, a customized “Mix Bar”, and more. Attendees can also step into recording sessions at the podcast cafe or tune into insightful panels with icons like John Legend.
