It seems Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater have been leaning on one another after enduring their respective divorces this past summer. An inside source shared that the Wicked co-stars feel “aligned” in where they’re at relationship-wise and remain excited to see where things lead. Those close to Ariana say Ethan brings out her creative side and knows how to challenge her in all the right ways. He genuinely wants the best for both Ari and their bond.
From what we understand, Ethan filed for divorce from his wife of four years, Lily, back in late July. Details on what caused the split were scarce. The couple did welcome a little one last year. Not long after, news broke that Ariana had separated from her husband Dalton after two years as wife and husband.
Fast-forward to now, and Ariana’s divorce was finalized earlier this fall. Reports say she and Dalton had a prenup in place to make the financial split smoother.
