Taylor Swift kicked off the European leg of her massively popular Eras Tour in Paris this week, treating longtime fans to an updated setlist featuring new songs and refreshed performances.
After over two months on hiatus, Swift wasted no time refreshing her three-hour-long show. Fans in attendance noticed Swift debuting sparkly new outfits alongside seven tracks from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, released just last month. These additions included truncated versions of songs like “But Daddy I Love Him” and “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?,” as well as snippets from “So High School” and “Down Bad.”
To make room for the new songs, Swift trimmed some fan favorites from previous tours. Missing from the Paris setlist were songs like “The Archer,” “The Last Great American Dynasty,” and “Tolerate It.” She also rearranged the flow of her show, moving her highly popular Red era earlier in the lineup and sliding reputation later. In a fun change, Swift now groups her folklore and evermore eras together under the name “Sister Albums.”
