Acne Studios and Spotify are coming together to give emerging musical talent a stage. The Swedish label known for pushing boundaries is expanding its acclaimed Acne People program through a new collaboration with the global streaming powerhouse.
Together, Acne and Spotify aim to cultivate a roster representing musicians both legendary and on the rise. Fans can expect activations spotlighting these artists at pivotal fashion events. The first will unfold for Fall 2024 as part of Acne’s upcoming season reveal scheduled for next September. As the brand stated, this initiative fully embraces its multidisciplinary ethos.
Through Acne People, which the house shares on Instagram, innovative creatives are celebrated for embodying the label’s spirit. Rosalía, for one, has sported custom Acne looks on tour and at festivals like Coachella. Spotify too knows the fashion intersection, having teamed with acts like Tyler, The Creator, and Rosalía on merch sold through their platform just last year.
With the new Spotify alliance, Acne Studios and musical mavericks alike get a bigger stage to push boundaries and bring discovery to the masses.
