Selena Gomez just can’t get enough of her ultra-talented and apparently ultra-sexy boyfriend Benny Blanco. The singer/actress took to Instagram to gush over Blanco being featured in a preview for People magazine’s upcoming “Sexiest Man Alive” issue.
In the steamy photo shot on what appears to be Blanco’s desk, the music producer smolders at the camera while surrounded by a glass of champagne and a plated homemade Mexican pizza – one of Gomez’s favorite dishes that Blanco has meticulously learned to recreate.
“Not only do you love me unconditionally…You always get me my Taco Bell Mexican pizza,” Gomez captioned the thirsty snapshot, adding a heart emoji. In a follow-up slide, the “Lose You to Love Me” hitmaker shared a romantic poem about being “madly in love with everything you do,” tagging Blanco.
Blanco dished on the keys to their romance’s success in his Sexiest Man Alive interview, crediting efforts like mastering Gomez’s beloved Taco Bell copycat recipe.
“I’ve practiced a lot, and I think it’s pretty indistinguishable now if you put them side by side,” Blanco revealed of his painstaking work replicating the fast food chain’s cult-favorite menu item. “There’s so many things you have to do. Part of the meat is kind of blended. It’s disgusting, but it’s delicious. I do it all from scratch.”
The chart-topping producer added that cooking for your partner is a surefire way to win their heart, even for amateur chefs. “Even if you’re terrible at cooking, [your partner will] like it because you did it,” he explained. “Ask your partner what they want to eat. Don’t try to cook them what you want to eat. If you don’t know how to cook it — learn it.”
Clearly, Blanco’s culinary efforts have been a grand slam in Gomez’s eyes. But great meals were just one of the romantic’s “eight secrets to success in love and life” highlighted in the Sexiest Man Alive preview.
