Ariana Grande’s brother, Frankie, is blasting the internet trolls who are peddling a bizarre cannibalism conspiracy theory about his sister. The rumor, which has been circulating for years, resurfaced after Ariana revealed her dream dinner guest would be infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
Frankie took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his disbelief, calling the accusations “the most creative and lowest y’all have ever gone.” He even poked fun at the absurdity of the rumor, quipping, “Listen, I know my sister’s been eating the girls up for years but this is a bit extreme!” He then added the ultimate debunking: “Besides, she’s vegan.”
The rumor mill seems to have been fueled by a TikTok algorithm that suggested “ariana cannibalism” in its search results after users typed in her name. One video even claimed that “evidence of human remains and cannibalism” was found in a Chicago home Ariana supposedly owned in 2013. Of course, if you’ve been on the internet long enough, you’d know that this is just an internet meme.
This isn’t the first time Ariana has been targeted by this outlandish rumor. The “cannibalism joke” has been used against other artists before, but it seems to have taken on a life of its own when it came to Ariana.
Ariana, meanwhile, has been busy with her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine,” and her upcoming role in the “Wicked” film. She’s hoping to hit the road soon, but for now, she’s focused on bringing the iconic musical to life.
