The music world is buzzing as Shakira arrives in Mexico City, kicking off preparations for her highly anticipated “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” world tour. The Colombian superstar touched down at Felipe Ángeles International Airport on Tuesday, greeted by dozens of eager fans and tight security.

This isn’t just another concert tour – it’s a comeback seven years in the making. Shakira will be performing an unprecedented seven consecutive shows at Estadio GNP Seguros, with a total audience expected to reach around 455,000 fans. The tour will first sweep through Mexico, including stops in Monterrey and Guadalajara, before heading to the United States in May.

“It has been a very healing process,” Shakira told local media, expressing her gratitude to Mexico – a country she says has supported and loved her. Her excitement is evident, with the artist even mentioning her eagerness to enjoy traditional Mexican tacos during her stay.

Originally planned as arena shows, the tour quickly expanded to stadiums due to overwhelming ticket demand. The first international date is set for February 11th in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with the Mexican leg following shortly after.

While in Mexico City, Shakira will spend several days conducting final rehearsals for the tour, fine-tuning what promises to be a spectacular musical experience for her fans.
