As 2025 begins, Apple is enhancing its Fitness+ platform with fresh content and features, perfectly timed for those New Year fitness resolutions.

The expanded service introduces several innovative workout programs, including structured strength training routines, enhanced yoga sessions, mindful breathing exercises, and surprisingly, pickleball training modules.

The platform’s musical offerings are receiving a notable upgrade, with the expansion of the ‘Artist Spotlight’ workout collection. Users can now exercise to curated sessions featuring tracks from music industry heavyweights including Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Janet Jackson, and Coldplay.

For those preferring a gentler approach to fitness, the ‘Time to Walk’ series welcomes new celebrity guides, with pop star Rita Ora and reggaeton icon Daddy Yankee joining the program. Adding to these developments, Apple has formed a strategic partnership with Strava, the popular fitness-tracking platform, marking a significant start to the new year.

The timing aligns perfectly with the post-holiday fitness surge, as users transition from festive celebrations to home-based workouts in their living spaces – a trend Apple continues to embrace and support.
