Taylor Swift gave exciting news to fans on Monday by announcing three new opening acts joining her highly anticipated Eras Tour shows in London. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the pop icon revealed British singer-songwriters Mette, Griff and Benson Boone would be warming up the massive Wembley Stadium crowds on select June dates.

“I just found out Fortnight is #1 on the UK airplay chart!!!!” she shared “Thought this might be a fun time to announce the first group of opening acts I’ll be adding to the London shows, going on before Paramore. I chose artists whose music I love listening to, and I can’t wait for them to add an extra jolt of excitement to our shows.”

“It’s a new ERA for ya girl… Opening the ‘Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour’ on June 21st at Wembley Stadium in London,” Mette shared excitedly on socials, clearly stoked for her big break. Griff, who’s already felt Taylor’s love after the Grammy winner shouted out her single “Vertigo” last year, posted some adorable throwback pics alongside the gleeful update: “TAYLOR SWIFT HAS INVITED ME ON THE ERAS TOUR!!!!!! 8 yr old me who had fearless on repeat wouldn’t believe this.”

Benson Boone kept it brief yet bright, resharing Swift’s announcement with heart emojis and “@taylorswift so excited to be a part of the show thank you for having me 😭❤️.” The feelings of appreciation were mutual, as Swift has championed each act’s music on her platforms. She called Griff’s single “Vertigo” one of her instant favorites last fall.
