K-pop powerhouse BLACKPINK have announced that they will bring their hugely successful ‘Born Pink’ world tour to a conclusion with two final concerts in their home city of Seoul. In a poster released on August 16th, YG Entertainment unveiled plans for the all-girl group to perform on September 16th and 17th.

What’s more, the second night will be streamed online globally via the Weverse platform – allowing BLINKs worldwide to experience the tour’s grand finale. Tickets for the offline show will go on sale through popular ticketing site Interpark, with digital tickets available on Weverse. The Seoul concerts will cap off an unprecedented run on the ‘Born Pink’ tour, comprising 66 performances across multiple continents over the past year.

Kicking off last October to promote their second studio album of the same name, BLACKPINK have lit up venues from North America to Europe, Asia, and Oceania with their addictive brand of pop-infused hip hop. Currently wrapping up a string of U.S. encore dates, the four-piece superstars will play their final tour show at LA’s iconic Dodger Stadium on August 26th.

As the tour comes to a close, Rosé, Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo are also entering negotiations with YG Entertainment about extending their exclusive contracts with the label. With the group’s seventh anniversary celebrated last week and huge commercial success worldwide, fans now eagerly await news on BLACKPINK’s next chapter.
